531 Focus ("the App") is a focus and session tracking app designed to help you plan and complete your daily tasks. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

Data We Collect

Local Device Data

All your task data, session history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

Purchase Data

If you subscribe to 531 Focus Premium, purchase transactions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt data to manage your subscription status. No personal information such as your name or email is shared with RevenueCat.

Data We Do Not Collect

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Location data
  • Usage analytics or tracking data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Any data from other apps on your device

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts from Apple to verify and manage your subscription status. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple App Store

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect data as described in their privacy policy when you download or purchase the app.

Data Retention and Deletion

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all app data at any time through the app's Settings screen using the "Reset All Data" option, or by deleting the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting data from children.
