By downloading, installing, or using 531 Focus ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

531 Focus is a personal productivity app designed to help you plan and track daily tasks. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

Subscriptions and Payments

531 Focus offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("531 Focus Premium") that unlock additional features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your Data

All task data and session history is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
